Nanning, China: Chung Chi Wind Orchestra, under the baton of Lo Hau-man, gave the mainland China premiere of my work Into Tumultuous Torrents, version for symphonic band, on May 26, 2017 in the China-ASEAN Music Festival at the Guangxi Palace of the Arts Concert Hall. It was my China debut! Hong Kong: Chung Chi Wind Orchestra, under the baton of Lo Hau-man, premiered my work Into Tumultuous Torrents, version for symphonic band, on Apr 19, 2017 at the Lee Hysan Concert Hall. Hong Kong: Hong Kong Children's Choir, conducted by Dominic Lam, premiered Psalm 23 on Nov 15, 2016 at Hong Kong City Hall Concert Hall as part of Musicarama 2016, the city's annual gala of new music. Maccagno, Italy: The Festival Sinfonietta at soundscape festival premiered my chamber orchestral piece, Bloom of Ephemera, under the baton of Maestro Tim Weiss. Albany, NY: Albany Symphony performed Seeking, Searching in the Composer-to-Center-Stage Reading Session 2016 on Jun 9, 2016. Espoo, Finland: The a cappella mixed choir version of Seeking, Searching has received a wonderful premiere by Candomino and Maestro in the VocalEspoo Festival. It has won the second prize in the competition. New York, NY: Ensemble Pi will perform Mieko, a winning piece of the Association for Promotion of New Music competition, at the National Opera Center on May 18, 2016, 8:00pm.
